I read the article on Water Fountains & days later @ Vet appt a conversation with Vet. Upon checking cats mouth found spots on gum line. Blood test results were good. I bought my water foundation from your company. Upon it coming here I put it into service watching how long it took for them to start using. By 2:00 next day they (2cats) were drinking the water & have been ever since. After 5 days I checked water level & topped it off. Cats seem to eat more food always wanting more later in the evening. This PAWIRA is EXCELLENT! I’ve had 2 other fountains in the past and NO kitty (we have 4) ever touched them! We bought this PAWIRA and WOW! Our 1 cat (6 yrs) has always drank water with her front foot. She dipped . . . then licked off water. We set up the PAWIRA and on the 4th day she was actually drinking from it normally. This was the first time she lapped up water NOT USING HER FOOT! THANK YOU PAWIRA! We are so very happy! All 4 kitty’s drink from the water bowl now. This is a great water fountain! It was easy to assemble and it’s really quiet! I love that it’s stainless and has the window in the front to see the water level. Now our cats have their own “sink with running water” and I don’t have to turn mine on and off all of the time! I haven’t had to clean it yet but that should be a piece of cake as easy as it was to assemble.

I just got this fountain and set it up last night for my 2 cats, and they were drinking from it right away! It’s very big, and I really love how easy it is to open the tray where the filter goes—way easier than my other fountain that’s a struggle to deal with. I decided to use the spout since the water flows a bit too fast without it, and it’s been perfect, its also super quiet! Overall, super happy with it and so are the cats!

We purchased this fountain because it’s stainless steel. We have 7 cats and put out 4 water bowls, then clean and refill daily. Often the cats will touch the water with their paw to create ripples before they drink. We have one cat loves to drink out of the faucet so we thought his would be purrfect. It is very quiet and all of the cats are curious, some drink from the bowl, as there is always ripples and others from the spout. It’s very attractive with the blue light in the sight window showing the water level.

I saw an informative ad on instagram that claimed cats who circle their water bowls and/or paw at the water are exhibiting signs of stress around their drinking source. In the wild, cats’ whiskers let them know if a source is relatively safe or dangerous—crowded areas may hold standing water which may be contaminated by decaying animals, and open spaces with running water such as a creek are more safe. My cat is obsessed with this thing. When we had a ceramic water bowl prior to this, I’d usually observe her drinking once a day. Now, I see her drinking 2-3 times per evening. Her fur has become super soft, and the litter box needs changing more frequently. She loves staring at the water in idle moments. If you’re on the fence, please purchase and at least try it out for your cat!

This product is very good especially for its price. I don’t need anything fancy, I just need stainless steel and for it to stay clean. The pump and fountain stay super clean and I only have to clean it out every 1-2 weeks. It’s also very silent, + my cat loves it. Get it if you can!
